Amezon online shopping - Refund of return Product by Amezon online shoping reg

I ordered GYM set Rs. ****/- on sep **, through Amazon Online shopping, i paid amount through online, after reviving the product its very bad quality, then i raise the return request, but for this order customer himself send the product through Courier, or Resisted Post, and some instruction given by Amezon Customer Care Representative, then i fallowed bye their instruction i courier the Gym Set through VRL- Courier service, on **-**-****, after i send a mail to amezon recipt of courier, they refund me immideately courier charges RS.***/-, they told after reciving the product full amount will be refund, * months over still i didnt get my refund, i complaint more than ** times to Amezon Customer Care, every time they told sorry for the incovience, then told me to plz send a copy of recived product recipt reg, but the Seller reject the product to recive the item, VRL- Courier servcie gave me intimation letter to me The product still laying the Jalandar VRL- Godown, i complaint so many times to Amezon the seller reject the product, they told me they will intimate to seller to recive, but still probles is not solved, thats y request you to plz solve my problem, and refund my money back...
