Adamas University Kolkata - Refund of provisional booking fees

After applying online in this university,a person,who introduced himself as the Associate Vice President - Education Counselling and Communication,contacted me,almost repeatedly called me and asked for the Provisional Booking Fees - Rs***** claiming that seats were getting filled up.He assured me I will be getting the full refund of my money if my daughter doesn't take admission later.Accordingly,I deposited the same amount to Adamas University's account.
Simultaneously I applied for other colleges and ended up taking admission in another university.Thus,I contacted for refund and I was asked to send the hardcopy of provisional booking letter.I did as I was instructed but till today I haven't receive my money.
