Adamas University Kolkata - Feed not being refunded

Adamas University,Kolkata after applying online in this university online they called me and asked for Provisional Booking Fees and many times they said their seats are getting filled up even though that was back in the month of March **** and today in August still the admission is going on they said that the fees are refundable so when I decided to not take admission I called them up and asked for the refund the lady said that to send an hand written scan copy of your application stating the refund via email and said to wait for three months till the further information and when I called after *months she said that emails are not acceptable .They simply harass and none of their employees listened to my grievances and it's like begging for your own money they never ever reply to the emails they've a very very pathetic and poor management.i just want my money back.
