I am Hathway Broadband customer since **** presently * mbps plan paid from March **** to March **** Rs. ****/. Due to poor network we wanted to increase plan for ** mbps for which ready to pay differential amount but Hathway further demanded Rs. **** which was way above competition service charges.
I was forced to avail services of other service providers which is not only cheaper also service was at par.
We have submitted Modem to their Mulund East office on **th July with a request to process for the refund of prepaid amount on prorata basis.
