Hathway Cable & Datacom - Poor service of Hathway cable operator

I am residing in Kandivali West. Our operator name is Shreeji Satellite & Cable Network. Inspite of paying * months payment to operator on **st August **** , cable is stopped working after * month. Operator is not responding to call also. Please take immediate action we face this problem every month
