as i have enrolled for PGBA course from simplilearn and they didnt tell me at the time that they are taking a education loan on my behalf after that i continued but after some days they stopped lectatures and didnt show up after raising multiple tickets then i send them notice for refund of my money with possible interest and they didnt replied , then i filled a suit against simplilearn and after few months they replied that they are ready to refund my amount but only the amount which i paid and there is no interest and nothing so i told them to give my amount with interest and some compensation and then they stopped replying me and still i dint get nothing after filling a suit simplilearn is such a fraud company i dint expect from them such kind of things and this is not related to me only their are thousands of student who are facing the same isssue and govt should also take a legal actions against such kind of things
My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
