मेरी डेन ब्रॉडबैंड सेवा की सदस्यता कल समाप्त हो गई, इसलिए आज मैंने **** रुपये का रिचार्ज किया और रिचार्ज करने के बाद मुझे बताया गया कि मेरे शहर (गोरखपुर) में डेन सेवा अब काम नहीं कर रही है।
मैंने हर जगह शिकायत की लेकिन कोई सुनवाई नहीं हुई।
मुझे सेवा नहीं मिल रही है इसलिए मुझे अपने **** रुपये वापस चाहिए।
उन्हें मेरे शहर में अपनी सेवा बंद करने से पहले मुझे सूचित करना चाहिए था।
यह कंपनी का बेहद गैरजिम्मेदाराना व्यवहार है और इससे ग्राहकों को नुकसान हो रहा है।
मेरे नुकसान के लिए डेन ब्रॉडबैंड जिम्मेदार है।
मैं सिर्फ इतना निवेदन करता हूं कि मेरे **** रुपये मुझे लौटा दिए जाएं।
