I am using DEN wifi. Since last few days I am facing network issues. Everytime whenever I call at customer care number they said *there are some technical issues in your area, we will solve it, in five hours you will get your access back* but no action has been taken yet. I am calling them daily also sometimes thrice in a day but they are not showing any concern about it everytime they gave me same reason. First I thought it is just because my package is going to be finish in a week but after the renewal of package I am facing the same problem. Because of this i missed all my online classes. Most importantly these are not mere a school classes, I am a cs executive student and my are classes are very important for me also my other family members facing many problems in their work sector. So I want a strict action to be taken as they don't take their customers complaint seriously.
