Had booked onward and return journey tickets from MMT. To & Fro Bangalore-Hong Kong-Fukuoka. For return journey on **th March, flight from Hong Kong-Fukuoka have been impacted. From then trying to raise refund but in vain through website and not able to reach customer care numbers also. Eventually received a mail from MMT that they are not able to reach me out over telephone and confirm before the show time for refund. Show time ends in * days but so far no communication from then nor able to reach out to them. Even in the local office (Bangalore) they are able to least help in this regard.
Many thanks for your proactive approach and prompt action. This has accelerated and helped in resolving my issue.
