Dominos Pizza - Refund of order

I ordered pizza from dominos on *st jan **** and tried advance order for **:** pm at * pm. But after booking the order I got the message mentioning your pizza will be delivered on *nd Jan at **:** pm. I tried calling multiple time to contact store, but none of their numbers were working. So, I approached the store and waited around half an hour then a person name Mr. Sidharth talk to me and said he cannot deliver the order on same day and also cannot cancel the order. After that around **-** times I wrote mail to dominos customer care and their app based feedback. But, till today I did not receive the order and nor received refund for my order. I am helpless now and frustrated with dominos service.
