I have placed a order for smart watch on ** Mar ** vide order No. ******. I didn’t accept the parcel since I have ordered from Amazon for better price . The product reached back to you warehouse on ** Mar **. Since then I have written many mails to you but the issue is not resolved yet.
I request you to kindly check and consider my request and initiate the refund at the earliest.

Cross beats head set became faulty within warranty period. It was sent for repair to service centre in Bangalore through courier. They say that reason of fault cannot be established hence not covered in warranty.
