Dear Sir,
With reference to above I inform you that I have booked Holiday home through Yatra for Andaman. They have booked my flight having PNR no R*WNTI on **.**.**** by air line GO AIR. The same flight was cancelled due to covid **. Now when I check the PNR status it is showing a reschedule date i.e **.**.**** automatically.But I haven't done anything with PNR i.e reschedulement.
Since last one month I have mailed so many times but no reply come from go air side nor they call back to me.
I can not use my money which is present with go air. So in this critical situation money is very much essential so my request to arrange my refund.
As I am staying in ahmedbad and my home town is Bhubaneswar so there is no direct flight of goair from ahmedbad to Bhubaneswar. If go air save my amount in a credit cell then this is very much difficult for me for booking via different connecting flight. So my request you to kindly arrange to refund my money from go air. So as a humanitarian ground this my humble request to you.
