Simplilearn - Refund of my money

Simplilearn executive called me and explained about the IIIM Indore executive program. I agreed and paid the full amount. During admission they clearly mentioned if the student had some bad experience or in case of personal emergency, student can request for rescheduling the program. I tried for that in October. They mentioned the next batch would be in Feb ****. Since Nov **** I tried a lot in all means, but no luck. After a long struggle, I was able to connect to them. Now they are not agreeing for the refund. Please help
