Club Mahindra Holidays - Refund of my membership in club mahindra

I got enrolled in club Mahindra on **th March and on the same day I wrote an application for withdrawing my name. Surprisingly, my membership had been created in one day (which is not possible as the team had come from Delhi to Jhansi). Nevertheless, I kept quiet and wrote an email for cancellation. After this mail, the company took ** days to process my cancellation and to fwd an official mail on ** April stating that "your refund will be processed in ** working days".
Now, how can a company like Mahindra take ** days to process refunds? Even govt banks do not take so much time. Regardless, I waited and kept on writing emails to the company wherein I used to get exact no of days left from those ** working days, assuring my refund in time.
Now, suddenly I got a mail from the company just * days before there ** working days, stating "your refund will be processed in **-** working days". Is this some joke going on here?
I am still waiting for my hard and hard-earned money.
