I was taken a data plan for my BSNL mobile number. But Internet couldn't not access. I was called many times to BSNL customer service centre. They couldn't solve my problem. So I was demanded to BSNL to refund my recharge amount. They told send mail to customer care service centre then we refund to your recharge amount. I did what they said but after they didn't refund my money. Then put complaint against the company thrice through National Consumer Forum. But still not yet refund my amount and still not yet solve my issue. Please kindly solve my problem Sir / Madam.
