Ease my trip com - Refund of money

On ** july i booked a bus ticket fir Delhi To mathura. On ** a.m bus operator masseged me your trip is cancelled. Due to some reason they are not able to make a trip. I immediately called the bus operator and he told me refund will be credited in your account after * days i called the customer care of ease my trip they told me wait fir ** hours but after * days there is no refund then again i called them to check my refund status again they called me to wait for * days and still its been * days since then there is no refund. And they mailed me bus operator is not allowing them to give full refund.
