Wbsedcl - Refund of Money from WBSEDCL

Respected Sir,
Most humbly you do hereby informed that I have filed an application to the WBSEDCL for refund of money as I have cancelled to transfer the high voltage line (** kv) at Vogramguri, mathabhanga vide memo no : DM/CBD/Quotation/**** dated **/**/**. But no refund has not been made till now. I also visited to the said office many times for that.
please co operate me.
