Yatra has refunded the full money for a flight cancellation that was initiated by Air Asia India. On calling Air Asia they said that they refunded the full money to Yatra.com as the flight was cancelled by them. The flight fare in total was INR **,*** and what was refunded back to me was INR **,***. Yatra deducted INR *,*** without any reason give. The reference no, for the booking is: YT******** and AIr Asia India PNR is: ITM*QL
I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
