Go Life Vacation OPC Pvt Ltd - refund of membership fees paid

On **nd December ****, we went to Andaman & Nicobar Island for vacation * days vacation, wherein we met Go Life Vacation people who were doing promotional activities in Loyal tree holidays hotel. After spending approx * hours with them understanding about the membership packages which were on offer. We liked one membership offer which was for ** years, * nights & * days annually, they asked to pay INR ***,***/- upfront and INR *,***/- yearly maintenance fees. We paid ***,*** through credit card.
However, it was told to us that post our confirmation on call to customer care for verifying terms & conditions understanding, then our payment cycles shall start. But when the call came from customer care, we got to know that correct terms & conditions were not told to us at the time of signing agreement.
For instance, it was told to us that yearly maintenance fees of *,*** will be for hotels in India & **,*** fees will be for hotels in Asian (outside India) hotels however later on call we got to know that additional **,*** will be charged (over & above *,***) for asian hotels. Similarly for outside Asian hotels **,***.
When we got to know these terms, we got some suspicions on the company then we searched for this company's history & we read that some fraud cases are already reported against this company & this company is only * months old, however we were told it has been operating for long time.
The company is registered at Goa & the owner of the company, previously started the company named - Millioners Tour & Travels and the company strike off.
After reading all these details & some wrong terms & conditions told while taking money, we asked customer care person & the manager to refund our money since we don't want to take their services, however they refused & asked us to talk to the director of company named Gaurish.
When we talked to Gaurish, he outrightly said "No" for a refund even if we don't want the services. He said, qoute- "Nahi dunga refund Jo karna hai karlo" & he talked in a very rude manner.
How can someone charge money without the service? I have already paid * Installments of **k combined and my total loss is INR ***,***/- (***,***+*,*** interest to bank).
