Upgrad.com - Refund Of MBA fee from upGrad

This is the serious matter which I'm going to raise about online education from Ed-Tech Platform Especially from upGrad. I had taken an Admission in MBA (Digital Finance & Banking) program in August **** Batch which was connected with O.P. Jindal Global University is in partnership. Now, It has been ** months since I started it and I'm about to complete * year for this program. In the journey of MBA I have noticed many things like which content was being offered in the beginning that has not been delivered exactly, **% content covered by external faculty, No practical knowledge has been given, very limited content is available (almost taken from different sources like internet), University marking system is very nasty, if course is for ** Hours content then video is available for *-* hours only even less, recorded lecturers just reading the transcript only with baseless concept. Now when I researched a lot then I found UGC had issued a notice (https://www.ugc.ac.in/pdfnews/*******_UGC-Public-Notice-DEB.pdf) to universities and Ed-Tech companies wherein UGC gave the warning, Also I'm not being able to find that university is authorized to provide online education from Ed-Tech website directly till yet or not?, Even I raised many concern to upGrad and university as well but till yet no result Moreover I had also taken a loan from the one of the Loan provider (liquiloans) with upGrad against the program I have paid so much amount but not getting single benefit from them. * (Two) installments yet to be made I have stopped that payment because of upGrad I had to face a loss in professional about lacs of rupees, I'm not being able to pay these two installment and I want full money back from upGrad because they have nothing to do with student career and just making money. I have sent many mails regarding to university and upGrad to refund the payment but they have rules that if program is started then no refund So, I had already decided to drop out this course but I was trying to get it resolved on my own end but no scope.
