Devidas dure filed complaint against Flipkart on Aug 10, 2020
I ordered an AC from Flipkart and which the installation was done from Flipkart technician and I was got offer to pay *** for Installation charges . But they didn't send any technician and they told me to install the AC from third party and which I have done and send them the invoice of installation. When I asked executive then they said they refund the amount... On the next day they called they said they can refund only **** .... Then the phone was disconnected.... Then the next day they called me...a ND they told I will be refunded only *** amount.... I said I want full amount which I used for Installation.... Then next day I got a call and they said I will be refunded only *** amount back....and these all conversation which was oner the call to me... So I don't know why they are playing game with customer.
