Trunali filed complaint against Make My Trip on Jan 3, 2021
I booked flight ticket first from Bangalore to Nagpur from **th April to ** MAy **** Round trip. But in credit shell i only get **** . I tried to contact customer care but no response has been taken, I cannot raise refund claim also in Make My trip as it ask me to reschedule rather than asking for refund.
My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
