Praveen Prakash Singh filed complaint against Make My Trip on Mar 24, 2019
I have booked an aeroplane international ticket via make my trip from Delhi terminal t* to Brazil ( navegantes). First I booked the ticket for ** March **** departure from Delhi and return on ** April **** return from Rome to Delhi. When I went to the airport the Air India airline checked the return flight and they told that there is no flight booked for me with booking ID NN*************, when I told all this to make my trip customer care then their supervisor Soham checked and told that it was technical default from their side. Then again I booked another flight through them for ** March **** and this time Air India told that flight departure from Delhi lands on Paris terminal *C and depart from terminal *, Air India told that the terminal should be same, they can't load my baggage and me outside another terminal, and this time also they didn't allow me to board, when I called MakeMyTrip on ** March **** they told that they will resolve my issue and will refund, with reference number stating like this.

But still, they didn't refund me a single rupee. Please help me out. They have also blocked my phone number.
