personal - Refund of Flight ticket amount from Make My trip

I have booked Flight Ticket on *rd April **** for the sector CCU-MAA in Spice Jet through Make My Trip app for Samir Roy & Sukla Roy vide PNR-QC**SJ under ID ref. NF************** . SpiceJet refund the money (Rs ****/-) on *th Aug**** to Make My Trip a/c,but till date I did not receive the refund from Make my Trip. neither able to contact them.
