Dhaval Prabhu filed complaint against Make My Trip on May 12, 2020
This is with reference to my flight booking dated **.**.**** BOM -SIN and return on **.**.**** SIN-BOM. The said booking was cancelled by me due to the death of my family member. The cancellation was done ** hours before and as per my discussion with Make my trip representative, Air India agreed to give me full refund against the booking as a special claim and I am eligbile for full refund of Rs. **,***/-. But with deep regret, I would like to inform you that till date I have not received any refund against the said booking, and inspite of repeated follow ups with make my trip customer service I have still not received the amount. Request you to please take this on high priority and help me to get my refund at the earliest. My Booking ID is NN*************
