I took the admission in ksou in june **** batch in emba (PRVENO-*****). I paid ***** as first semester fees. From then to today no exams has happened because of the problem with ugc. I requested ksou many times to refund my money so that i can take admission in some other university. But they are keep replying me they are checking with ugc they cannot refund the money. For one year emba already * years has gone. It become a obstacle in my carreer. But these ksou people are not able to understand anything. I had mails with ravindranath. [protected]@ksouonline. Edu.in who is a project head in ksou.
Can you advise where we can file complaint against ksou for not refunding money?
