KSOU Karnataka State Open UniversityMysore - Examination delay in KSOU University Mysore branch

I am a student at KSOU doing my M.sc in psychology july cycle.
It's been an year since I joined the college and still they are stuck in first semester. They have given us theory examination in june **** and havnt yet notified about the practical examination of the first semester. Other colleges already are done with their *nd semester and are commercing inti *rd semester.
To do my higher studies {Mphil} I have to get the degree on time and the university is not understading students point of view. We want the examination to tale place on time in order to get the degree on time. We cannot wait for their whatsoever reason for so much delay in the examination about which we haven't even been notified about it. This is not done to play with our education when they know how important even month's delay can do to our career. Please do understand and do the needed.
