Abhishek Saxena filed complaint against Lido Learning on May 29, 2022
I have enrolled my son (Ayansh Mowar) for Grade-* online classes from LIDO Learnings in the month of Aug'****.
The condition which was told by LIDO representatives was that if we want to cancel the enrolment, then we can do it anytime.
For the FEE payment of classes we took financial support from LIDO's partner PROPELLD Finance Company via Application Number ******.
Within *-* weeks we found that my son is overburdened due to School work + Online classes and we decided to initiate the cancellation of the course from LIDO.
Since then we are not reachable to LIDO employees and office phone numbers.
Their E-Mail-ID and phone numbers are giving automated answers.
PROPELLD finance company is deducting amount from my bank account every month.
LIDO employees who enrolled me for the course are as: Siddharth Dassan (**********) and Yash Gupta (**********).
Kindly log the complaint of this online fraud with me and help me to get my amount refunded from above cyber frauds and LIDO company.
