Hi,
I had done * transaction of **k on CRED app on *th Oct'**, transaction got failed and as a standard practice, i waited for * days for refund to be initiated by CRED.
but till date, i have not received refund and CRED support has stopped responding as well and closed the ticket themselves, despite asking for details multiple times.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
