We paid excess bill amount for consumer no*********** hence we applied online complain no.******* on date **-**-**** for refund.Also submit offline application with bank details for refund at Gotri subdivision office on **-*-****.At **-**-**** they closed our complain online without resolution details,without any refund.It is also observed that online payment status not updated at webpage
