There is nothing bifurcation regarding the late fees payment for the light bill. As the above ** days without any person coming home they charge *** ruppe extra as the connection reconnecting. Without cutting the connection they charge extra money for not working on field. the main manager near sama road. He even not understand the topic what customer saying. He doesn't give proper reply if we ask the bifurcation for this. He replied rudely..
