Hi on **th sep I have bought laptop worth rs ***** on emi...because of speaker issue I have applied for refund and they accept my refund request and told me that technician will come till **th oct and i will get refund on **nd Oct....on ** th October they closed my issue without technician visit..i have reopen issue..and they assurance me to solve it before ** oct...when I have contacted on **oct again they give me assurance to solve it before ** oct...and when I have contacted today again they change date and give me assurance to solve it before **oct...
It has been already more than month...till now I haven't got any solution...pls help me I have purchased this laptop for my job...nowadays I'm getting only harassment and losses....
