I tried to register my product complaint through customer care ivr helpline number for * days, your exicutive always says that my complaint was registered and engineer visit within ** hours but they was make me frod becouse I am not recieved any email or message about complaint, when I ask my complaint number they told me that they not provide complaint number, please register my complaint and process it ASAP
