Description,
I have booked a ticket for my parents to US for **st of April **** after the initial lock down we tried to reach Qatar & Yatra but couldn't through phone so we started email requests and got tossed around between Yatra and Qatar. Vexed up we called Qatar international office and learned they have processed refund and it is now up to yatra to refund the money .
Yatra intelligently removed all the phone numbers & Chat support all we have is email for which we receive only automated messages. It has been more than ** working days since we started this but we could not get any one from Yatra , they didn't even bother to call up at least once and give an update. All I ask is refund.
Many thanks for your proactive approach and prompt action. This has accelerated and helped in resolving my issue.
