I have booked a ticket from Indore to Ranchi for **th March on **th Feb but cancelled same time while booking it was clearly mentioned ticket is refundable but refund processed for meagre amount of ***/- only against the ticket amount paid Rs ****/- ,I'm a corporate client(Fullerton India) still no one address my complaint OR responded properly.,Need your urgent intervention to get my issue resolved.Thanks in anticipation.
