Fullerton India - Noc not issued.

Hi,
It's me Akash Biswakarma i have taken loan for purchase of two wheeler motorcycle from Fullerton India finance company on December **** and all the emi are paid with loan duration period.
So after the completion of loan amount they are need to send me noc on my registered address,but they didn't did this,when it's almost waiting * month for noc at last I visited to nearest Fullerton branch Siliguri for noc along with my bank passbook for statement records & I showned them the bank statement that all the full emi amount has been deducted from my bank account in time and they were also confirm for all emi are paid by me, when I asked them for noc they said it has been dispatched from tamilnadu Chennai Fullerton regional office they said me to waiy,then after few days I got a call from Fullerton customer executive saying that I have to paid more ***rs for noc to be issue the reason of ***rs she Didn't gave any valuable reason which was not the part of fullerton terms & condition.
My calling to customer support of fullerton India went like daily duty,they started ignoring me ,atlast i went to the Bajaj showroom from were I had purchased the bike & Bajaj staff have suggested me Fullerton India for finance scheme and now bajaj agents they said that now they are not in business partner with fullerton India from here also I didn't got any help.
I kept calling to Fullerton India customer support for noc every month & it's been now *year I haven't received my noc.
How this company can Harass us like this,they are working in a very unexpected ways unprofessional system,they just knows to loot money with us, yesterday when I called them again then executive said that ** Nov **** noc was dispatched from tamilnadu Chennai and she provided me the tracking number of Over Nite courier :- Awb********** & when i tracked the courier then statement showing the shipment is delivered somewhere in bhubaneswar.
What to do... Iam totally fedup with this Fullerton service, can I keep hope now from you "Voice of customer" ?
