Goibibibo - Refund of booking at Daringbadi Nature Retreat which was cancelled by the Hotel i e Nature Retreat D

In reference to my booking at Daringbadi Nature Retreat Booking Id- GH************** for Dt **.**.****,I was not provided any room for accommodation by the hotel as per reply of their staff that they have cancelled my booking from their side i.e from hotel side as there was duplicate booking which they have reported to Goibibo.However I have received tax invoice for the booking amount raised by Goibibo for the accomodation which I have not been provided by the hotel i.e Daringbadi Nature Retreat.
Hence I request you to kindly refund advance payment to GOIBIBO towards receiving accomodation at Nature Retreat on **.**.** - **.**.**.The accomodation was not provided by the hotel i.e Daringbadi Nature Retreat for the period **.**.**-**.**.**.But till date GOIBIBO did not reply to email nor refunded the amount to my account
