Goibibibo - Goibibo Refund of International Air Ticket
Seetharam Melkote filed complaint against Goibibibo on Feb 15, 2021
I had booked a business class ticket to fly from Bengaluru to Sanfrancisco on Air India using services of Goibibo in Feb'****. I was to fly on April*th ****. Air India cancelled all international flights in March **** due to Covid-**. I am a senior citizen and not wanting to travel under the current situation. I have been requesting Goibibo and Air India to cancel the ticket and refund the amount paid. Air India is of the view that I need to get in touch with Goibibo for addressing my refund request. Despite repeated email and reminders no one in Goibibo is bothered to respond. The toll free customer care number of Goibibo is not functional.
