I had booked one car through zoom car on **.**.**** by paying Rs.*****/- car booked but while going to pickup car msg received car not available choose another car diff Rs.***/- again paid by me, but while on the way to pickup car again msg received car not available. We tried to book car but fail as no car available as per our requirements. We booked taxi from outside and start our journey. I have not t received back Rs.**,***/- deposited by me to zoom car.
I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
