Nobroker - Refund of amount not received

I'd opted for nobroker cpms owner plan for which no broker had committed to arrange a tenant within ** days. if they fail to arrange it in ** days or if I find the tenant from other sources they will refund the amount. This is what they had claimed. The property is in my aunt's name and I'm the caretaker. I found a tenant from other sources and rental agreement was made, in which my aunt Sudha Achar is mentioned as owner. Now if I ask no broker that I want refund they say that name in the agreement is Sudha Achar and they want a proof of relation to process the refund but they claimed earlier was if I found talent from other sources they would process refund the property is already rented not from nobroker and I have proof of the property being rented irrespective of in whose name the property is, the refund should be processed as agreed upon, to which they denying. I need my amount refunded and compensate for the efforts and mental trauma for this.
