This is to bring to your kind attention Mr. Gupta had booked the Airticket for Mumbai – Delhi on August **, **** vide PNR no. DBCYJA and cancelled the ticket for some personal reasons.
We have confirmed from Go First Airlines that the refund has been initiated on September **, **** to Makemytrip account. It is almost ** days and still the payment has not been credited to Mr. Gupta’s account. This is a serious concern an amount of Rs. **,***/- is not been credited to his account.
