The boarding time was *:** AM and we reached airport by *:** AM. There was no announcement nor any helper who can assist in early check in. We were asked if we are boarding gofirst plan and they asked to stay in another line which was big. On counter there was only one attendee after sometime another came. By *:** AM we were at the counter and the executive was complaining that I didn’t do web check-in which I did * days ago that is on **-Dec for which I got confirmation email and pdf confirming web check-in is done. In the meantime another ** mins gone she denied entry of my baggage. On complaining, the senior executive came that too after flight departed. They said that I should have done check-in * hour early to departure which is contradicting on what they mentioned on web checkin. Even after this they didn’t gave discount on next flight. Another passenger got discount and paid only **** as he had done web checkin and for me when asked they are saying that they don’t see web checkin done at their system which should their own system’s fault. They made me wait for * hours at airport and I need to pay for taxi and hotel again.
