I have requested for a refund of my spice jet flight which was on **th may ****.The flight was postponed and I asked for refund which was processed from their end on *th May **** but till date I haven't recieved the money though i was told by their customer care executives to wait every time I called them as they haven't recieved the money from spice jet.The flight no was SG**** the order no was ****************** and the PNR was N*EH*F.Please settle my refund as soon as possible.
