I have raised a disconnection request for my BSNL Fiber Connection ( Broadband and Landline) on **.**.**** via Order No. ************ and ************ and also have handed over the ONT Modem and Landline Phone at BSNL Hebbgodi exchange to Mr.Madhu but still the connection shows active and not disconnected on by BSNL and after several Grievances raised BSNL finally disconnected the connection after * Month on **.**.**** but they are charging me the additonal month usage which I have never used and the delay was for BSNL operational failures hence I want them to remove the bill and return the advance but it has been * Months and they have taken no notice of the same.I have raised about * PGRMS Grievances listed below but still have not received the amount as BSNL does not honor the resolution of any of the grievances given.
