I have made a purchase on ** July as shown in the screenshot. I made the payment via Pay U money and the amount got debited. Since then I have mailed more than *** emails and JIO MART is so unprofessional in handling those.

I received Mail from Jio side that that refund is initiated and it will take * week to process on *th October. To date, i have not received my refund.Its been * months since you guys are behaving like this. sorry to say this is the most unprofessional experience i have had till date. Kindly issue the REFUND ASAP.
