Adidas - refund not yet received

I purchased track pants from adidas.co.in worth RS. ***.** , on **th march ****, and returned it due to bad quality , my return was approved on **th march and initiated on the same day i.e **th march ****. I have not received my return till date, adidas says that within *-** working days I'll receive my refund. I contacted adidas after the refund time period crossed the limit, they asked me to share my bank statement and said we will check the credit and if it is not there we will send you the refund. After sending the bank statement they replied that we have initiated the refund on **th march, ****. I purchased the track pants on **th march , how come adidas initiated a refund on **th march **** ? This shows how careless they have been to even check the correct date.
I emailed them again , and they said share your bank statement again. But still I have not received the amount.
I have made several calls to them and they told me that the concerned department will contact me via call within **-** hours but sadly it has been more than *-* days and I have not heard from Adidas .
