I have booked flight ticket with travolook in march and it was cancelled due to fare change and one representative called from company and said the refund will be initiated with in *-** days. however its been *.* months and i have not yet received any refund from them. Every time i mail them i recieve same response of refund will be initiated from *-** days. Please help me with refund of my amount
