Tata Cliq - refund not yet received onto my account

I had purchased a Adidas raden blue shoe from tata uq site on **/**/**** of RS. ****.**. But due to poor quality and not exact as seen in photos i returned it. But I have not received refund of RS ****. I complained in their customer service ref no. ********** on **/**/**** and called on their customer service number i.e.********** they give me bank ref. No. ***********************. They asked me to share my bank statement and I gave it to them. They still closed the complained and not give my refund saying we done the payment. I still haven't received my refund .its been over ** day from my purchase. I complaint over consumer forum several times but I still waiting for my refund although I shared my bank statement with Tata Cliq several times to show I haven’t received my refund. Worst expreince with this company my money is sucked from more than two months now . they still closing my complaint and might refusing to pay back.
