Hi,
I made a booking with Volercars on **th December, **** and got a message the very next day stating that my booking stands cancelled due to unavailability of the vehicles. These guys asked me to wait for **-** working days so that they can initiate the refund. I did wait and these guys kept telling me that they are going to initiate the process as soon as possible and that my return is their top most priority. It's been * months and I have not yet received my refund.

I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
