Volercars - Refund from Voler cars

I booked voler cars on **/**/**** with Booking Id:- DL-A-Figo-**-*-****** .I cancelled the booking on oct *,****.As per voler cars policy i should have received my refund within ** days but its been more than a month and i have not got my my refund till now.Every time i call them or mail them,they keep on postponding the date.I m very tensed.Please help
